1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These Content Provider Agreement constitute the contract between you (the Performer, Studio) and us (the operator of the mysunshine6.com website).

1.1 Definitions

• "We": United Movie Productions S.L., a company incorporated in Spain
• "USER": A registered user who consumes content
• "PERFORMER": A registered user who uploads content for sale
• "STUDIO": A registered user who uploads content for sale
• "WEBSITE": www.mysunshine6.com
• "USER-GENERATED CONTENT": Audio and video content, photographs, and text posts

3. ELIGIBILITY TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years old to access the website. If the legal age of majority in your location is higher than 18 years, you must be at least that age.

4. REGISTRATION

To become a PERFORMER, STUDIO, you must:

• Join the community of performers, studios
• Provide true and accurate personal information
• Provide a valid email address
• Verify your identity and age with the following documents:
  • Primary identification document (passport, ID card, driver's license)
  • Social Security number (for US performers only)
  • Photo with identification document

6. PERFORMER, STUDIOS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You may publish audio and video content (live or recorded), photographs, or text posts. You are solely responsible for your content and its consequences.

7. LICENSE GRANT

By uploading your content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Use and distribute in connection with our services
• Use for marketing purposes of the website
• Publicly display and reproduce

You retain all ownership rights to your content.

PRE-SCREENING AND REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION

All USER-GENERATED CONTENT uploaded by PERFORMERS and STUDIOS is reviewed before publication to ensure it is not illegal and does not violate our Standards, including this Content Provider Agreement and any applicable laws.

• Reviews include manual moderation by our team.
• We may request additional verification, model releases, or age/identity documentation prior to publication.
• Publication may be delayed until the review is completed. Content under review is not publicly visible.
• We may refuse to publish, remove after publication, or report content to competent authorities if required by law.
• Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, withholding of payouts in accordance with this Agreement.
• We may adjust metadata (e.g., titles, tags, thumbnails) to comply with Standards without altering the substance of your work.
• You may appeal a decision by contacting support@mysunshine6.com. We will re-review contested decisions in a timely manner.

This pre-screening obligation does not limit your responsibility for the legality of your content. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all uploaded content complies with law and this Agreement.

9. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Violation of applicable laws
• Manipulation or falsification of information
• Reverse engineering of software
• Uploading harmful files (viruses, trojans)
• Sharing passwords or account access

11. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Content with the following is not permitted:

• Minors or persons who appear younger than 18
• Violence, incest, racist remarks
• Prostitution or escort services
• Feces, excrement, or vomit
• Animals (bestiality) or corpses (necrophilia)
• Illegal activities or drugs

10. ADDITIONAL RULES FOR PERFORMERS, STUDIOS

• Communication: Only through the website's messaging system. Exchange of emails, phone numbers, or addresses is prohibited.
• Advertising: No advertising for competing live webcam sites. Own profiles may be mentioned.
• Live Streaming: Video recordings instead of live streaming will result in immediate suspension.
• Account Activity: After 12+ months of inactivity, the account may be terminated.
• Monitoring: Messages may be electronically monitored.
• Penalties: Violations may result in penalties of up to 5,000 EUR.

12. COMMISSION

Payment Details:

• Percentage shares vary depending on online status and response time to private messages
• Deduction of applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax)
• Monthly billing through the website

Payout Conditions:

• Timing: Within 7 business days from the 15th of the following month
• Minimum Amount: 50.00 EUR (net income)
• Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for all tax obligations
• Chargebacks: Fees will be deducted from payouts for incorrect data

8. PERFORMER, STUDIO AGREEMENT AND SWORN DECLARATION

By accepting this Content Provider Agreement, you confirm:

Required Documents:

• Government-issued ID document with photo
• Passport, ID card, or other recognized document
• Copies for all persons shown in the content

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal or property damage from website use
• Unauthorized access to servers or data
• Transmission interruptions or software/program errors
• Losses from uploaded content

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the website
• Violation of this Content Provider Agreement
• Violation of third-party rights
• Damage from your user-generated content

20. TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement is not limited in time and may be terminated by either party at any time without giving reasons.

• By Us: Email or deactivation of your account
• Immediate Termination: Possible for important cause

22. JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

• Applicable Law: EU Law
• Jurisdiction: Courts of the State of Spain
• Competence: Exclusively for all contract-related disputes
